All orders submitted before 2 pm PST will be shipped the same day. All orders submitted after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. Depending on your location and the shipping option chosen, you should receive your order in 2-5 days after it is processed and shipped. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will not ship until the following Monday. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an online tracking link.
Due to the soft consistency of gummies and standard shipping conditions, your gummies may occasionally arrive slightly compressed or misshapen. This does not affect their potency or effectiveness. If your product arrives completely damaged, please contact us and we’ll be happy to send a replacement.

During warmer months, we ship all chocolate products with ice packs. However, depending on your location and the shipping method selected, this may not always be enough to prevent melting. If you're ordering chocolate and concerned about heat exposure, we strongly recommend choosing an expedited shipping option at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. We also offer USPS Priority shipping as well as UPS 2-Day and Overnight at discounted rate.

COLORS gummies have a shelf life of up to 6 months when stored properly. We recommend keeping them in a cool, dry, and dark place—away from direct sunlight or heat. Avoid storing your gummies in the refrigerator, as the increased moisture and humidity can cause them to degrade or spoil faster.
We do not perform animal testing of any kind for any of our products. We prefer to use a combination of lab testing and human trials, in fact, many of us here love to test new products ourselves.
Our gummies go through a strict post-processing SOP to ensure they are at the correct water activity rating before packaging. This ensures that the gummies will not melt, sweat, or get mushy in temperatures up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

Instead of gelatin and high fructose corn syrup, we use organic pectin and organic tapioca syrup along with organic fruit purees and juices for all our flavors.
